Questions about Shipping?

We've gotten more than a few questions about our shipping lately. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about how we get our hats to you:

Q.) How long does it take for orders to process?

A.) Right now, you can expect it to take 2 to 3 business days between placing your order and receiving shipping information. As we grow more accustomed to the new site, you can expect that estimate to get closer to 1 or 2 days instead.

Q.) How long does it take to ship to me?

A.) Well, that depends on where you are! We ship from Suwanee, GA. Our FedEx and USPS options move at about the same speed. AFTER PROCESSING, we can ship to Georgia and Alabama within 1 day, most of the country east of the Mississippi River in 2 days, 3 days to the Rockies and the Northeast, and 4-5 days for everyone else. Alaska and Hawaii are handled differently, and you should consult your shipped for an estimate there.

Please bear in mind that these estimates are business days, and do not include Sunday for USPS, or Saturday/Sunday for FedEx.

Q.) Why is shipping so expensive? / Why don't you offer free shipping?

A.) You may be surprised to learn this, but when a company offers you free shipping, they're usually ripping you off. The standard practice for most businesses is to include a "shipping cost" in the price of the product itself. Then, by the time you've selected a certain amount of product, that company will "waive" the shipping fee, because you've already paid them more than the cost of the shipping.

The good news is: we don't do that. We charge bottom dollar for the product we sell. However, that means we don't mitigate our shipping costs in any way, instead charging you only what FedEx (or USPS) charge us. So all you pay is the cost of the hat, and the actual cost of the shipping. It may seem high, but its only because honest business looks out of place sometimes...

Q.) Do you offer rush shipping?

A.) Sure do! We offer FedEx 2-day and Next-Day air. Simply select that shipping option when you place your order. As always, keep in mind that these move on business days only.

Q.) Can I use my FedEx account?

A.) Unfortunately, we are not set up to ship using customer's accounts with FedEx at this time. But don't worry! It is definitely on our "to-do" list!
