- Student must be of thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of the application.
- The student must be registered in a post-secondary institution of higher learning.
- A complete application must include all the information requested and proof of the applicant's GPA.
- The applicant's work must be original, unpublished and must have been newly produced.
- BuckWholesale reserves the right to cancel any applications if they are considered inappropriate.
- BuckWholesale reserves the right to cancel any applications in case of an event out beyond its reasonable control, such as an economic impracticability.
- BuckWholesale is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
- The winning applications may be posted on the BuckWholesale website without any notification to the winner.
- The winner will win a prize of $2500 while the runner-up will get $200 dollars in our store credit.
- Any successful applicant is required to show proof that they are enrolled on, or have been accepted on, an accredited university course, commencing studies for the present school-term.
- The Scholarship Prize may not be assigned, transferred, or changed, except at the sole discretion of BuckWholesale.
- Applicants understand that BuckWholesale is not liable for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or relating to Applicants’ participation in this Scholarship Program and acceptance, possession and/or use of a Scholarship Prize.
- The Scholarship Prize Recipient will be issued a 1099 tax form.
- Applicant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Scholarship Program, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia and Applicant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
- The person to accept the scholarship prize is agreeing that BuckWholesale, without any consultation or notification to the applicant can use his/her information, essay, or design for the sole purpose of advertising and promoting the scholarship or any other related events of BuckWholesale.
- By submitting an application BuckWholesale reserves the right to own the application, including the design that is submitted.
- BuckWholesale may decide to abandon the Winner's application at any time with or without having to legally justify it.
- The Winning Applicant shall not be entitled to any damages or any other sort of privilege in the previously explained situation.
- All participants applying for this Scholarship Program are agreeing to the following: (1) the applicant's work does not violate the rights/intelectual properties of another person or entity. (2) the Application does not violate any applicable laws. (3) Participants agrees to indemnify and hold BuckWholesale harmless from any third party claim or actions of any kind.
- With the exception of the locations where is prohibited, an applicant that is a minor may be required to fill and return an Affivit of affiliation, Publicity/Release and/or Copyright assignment within 15 days of the notification.
- BuckWholesale reserves its right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion if he/she challenges or might challenge the previously explained terms and conditions.
