Seasons greetings, Buck Buddies! We're entering one of the most commercially active periods of the year, so we think its a good idea to let you all know how we'll be adapting to handle the holiday volume, and what that means to you.

Q.) How long does it take between me placing an order and you shipping the order?

A.) That depends on which shipping option you select. USPS Priority and FedEx ground shipping options will take 2-4 business days to process in our warehouse. If you place your order using FedEx Next Day or Two Day Air, and place the order BEFORE 2pm EDT, your order should process and ship that day. Any rush orders placed AFTER 2pm EDT will be shipped the next business day.

Q.) How long will it take for my package to arrive once it ships? (or) Will I get my order in time for [insert holiday here]?

A.) Shipping time is dictated by how far we're shipping. We send our packages straight from the warehouse in Suwanee, Georgia. If you'd like an estimate of shipping time, use the following link, as well as our zip code (30024) to learn what you can expect in terms of shipping speed.

Q.) I'm sending the order as a gift. Can you not include a receipt in the order?

A.) Sure thing! When placing the order, simply put the phrase "drop ship" in the notes section of the order. This instructs warehouse to ship the order without invoice.

Q.) Do you gift wrap your products?

A.) No, sadly, we do not. However, we do box them for you!

Q.) Do you have any special deals/sales going on?

A.) All the time! We don't always advertise them all, but plenty of products will be sold at discounted price. We also send out coupon codes all the time. If you'd like to receive them, you can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this, or any other, page on our site.
